If you have not received your email receipt following an in-store purchase, we recommend the following steps:

1. In-store Assistance: Visit the store where you made the purchase. Bring any transaction proof you may have, such as a bank statement or transaction photos. The store team can assist in reissuing the receipt or providing alternative documentation.

2. Provide Detailed Information: If you are unable to visit the store, contact us with specific details about your purchase. These details include:

  • Store location
  • Date
  • Time
  • Amount spent
  • Payment method
  • Last four digits of the card used

With this information, we can assist by attempting to locate or reissue your receipt. 

Please keep in mind that E-Receipts may take up to 2 business days to arrive. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
